Delete your AgendAI account
You can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time, without giving a reason.
How to request it
Send an email to contato@getagendai.com with the subject “Account deletion”, from the email address registered in the app. We use that to confirm the request is yours.
We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 15 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email, name, password and Google sign-in link
- Your agents, instructions and configured tools
- Your AI provider API keys and MCP server tokens
- Your triggers, automations and the entire run history, including inputs and responses
- The notification tokens of your devices
- Your credit balance
What is kept, and why
Purchase records and the credit statement are kept after deletion, de-identified wherever possible, for the period required by Brazilian tax and accounting law. They are not used for any other purpose.
Unused credits are not refunded when you delete your account. To request a refund for a purchase, do it through Google Play under the store's rules. Do that before requesting deletion.
Active subscription
Deleting your AgendAI account does not cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play. Cancel it as well at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, or billing continues.
